Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominated) receive the item. You don't need to give a reason.
To cancel, tell us in a clear statement before the 14 days end — an email to contactus@revivetherunway.co.uk or a message via the contact page is enough. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. Then send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us.
Return postage and care of the item
- You pay the direct cost of returning the item. We strongly recommend tracked, insured postage — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- You may examine the item as you would in a shop — look, try on, check the measurements. If its value is reduced by handling beyond that (wear, marks, removed tags, altered condition), we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.
Your refund
We refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery charge you paid (if you chose a premium delivery option, we refund up to the standard rate). The refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe, within 14 days of the day we receive the item back (or, if earlier, the day you prove you posted it).
Faulty or misdescribed items
The 14-day right sits alongside your statutory rights. Every item we sell is second-hand and is described honestly — condition grade, measurements, and photographed flaws are part of the description. If an item arrives not matching its description or with an undisclosed fault, contact us: your remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (rejection and full refund within 30 days, repair or price reduction after) apply, and in that case the return postage is on us.

Return address
We include the return postal address in the confirmation email we send with your receipt when you order, so you already have it if you decide to send something back. If you can't find it, just ask when you tell us you're cancelling (see above) and we'll send it straight over. Please tell us first so we can expect your return, and use tracked, insured postage.
