Rates
Every parcel is sent tracked and signed-for — each item is one of a kind, so we never ship untracked. One flat rate per region, charged at checkout:

Dispatch
Items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3 working days of your order confirmation. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Customs and import charges (outside the UK)
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duty, local VAT/sales tax and carrier handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your country, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Second-hand items are declared honestly at the price paid — we cannot mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them.
